Respect is_not something you can expect because you are big and strong and can smash everybody to pulp! So you are a King and think you deserve respect? Because you have killed your brother or father to become King in first place? Or killed and put your whole Opposition in prison to become a Diktator or ‚President for lifetime’? Is that what you want to be respected for? Or you interfere in elections of free country’s to introduce a authoritarian system there so you don’t get bugged by their free press anymore? Because you let your killers loose in foreign countries?
I think not! My respect you won’t get. Not like that!
All you will get is fear and hatred.
Free your opposition out of jail! Accept when your people don’t re-elect you, the defeat. And I will respect you!
Respect must be earned.
